No lights nor outlet provided at unit
The unit I am in is not climate-controlled, which is fine but because the unit is a storage it should have ample lighting. Lighting is provided outside of units in hallway but it is still not sufficient it still is not lit enough to reach to back of storage.
There is also no outlet to plug a light of our own lighting. At night, there is not enough to feel safe to move stuff into storage or move things out. I felt uncomfortable because it was quite dark.
I was in need of a dolly because I had some heavy things that I needed to move into my storage. They didn't have one.
I was also referred by a third party to this storage and this third party said I would be provided a free truck to move my belongings in one trip. That was not the case. Management said there hasn't ever been a truck that customers could use. If I would have known before that I do not think I would have taken the unit because I was in dire need of a truck. But I took the unit because I was very tired from the move and I was alone and had to do this by myself.
I was happy being able to get storage that same day. The units are for the most part clean but again, more ample lighting is needed - inside units and premises.
