  EXCELLENT SERVICE

  Public Storage have helpful and friendly workers even when I was in a rush to secure the unit they worked with me in the time frame that I had to hurry up and get back to finish with the movers who was already loading up the uhaul truck.

  My experience was generally great

  My experience was generally great. I visited the day before to find out some basic information, to compare rates and services with other storage companies. I returned the next day to rent a storage unit. The only reason it was not a five star rating is because, although I did denote to the representative that I was indeed in a rush, she sped through the contractual provisions so quickly, it seemed like the terms read at the end of a radio ad. It did not seem as if I was being informed about what I was signing, but moreso being recited a memorized speech that would satisfy a constructive notice requirement. I don't think it was ill-willed, but maybe it was so routine that the representative did not think about the importance of communicating the message in a clearer, more digestible manner.

  Easy process from start to finish

  I had to move my belongings into storage for only a couple weeks. Of course, you pay month to month, but the extremely reduced rent for the first month made Public Storage the obvious solution. It was simple to get registered--reserved online and then spent less than 10 minutes completing the paperwork. My only complaint with getting started is that I didn't realize I was obligated to buy a minimum amount of insurance, but it wasn't much more. It was easy to move in and out, though the location needed more carts. They only seem to put out two at a time. I was very thankful that moving out was so simple. I just had to leave the unit open and let them know I was done. They took a quick look and had me out the door with a final receipt in no time--plus I got to keep the nice lock!
