Great customer service and trouble shooting
I didn't receive a confirmation email so I called in to confirm the answering service couldn't find my reservation either but took my number and had the on site manager call me directly. The on site manager was very helpful had my reservation got me into my unit same day. He manages the facility very well making sure all units a secure safe and protected from damage or loss. My unit is conveniently accessible and well maintained. Over a big thumbs-up ðŸ‘

The manger lives on the premises,which is a plus.Its clean, & he explains the rules so there is no misunderstanding, he is very forthright you feel like your storage is safe with this manager. Thank you SpareFoot for helping me find a storage that I didn't have to do all the work looking for one, & also in my price range coming from the Bay Area I was pleasantly surprised.

Excellent customer service.
The manager Butch is a great. He takes the protection of the facility and the people's belongings very serious. The units are huge, and what I mean by that is, they have like 20' ceilings, which really add to the space you have.
