Reserved online called to see about appointment next morning and the gentleman running the place was great. He was super helpful quick and easy to understand. Price is fair after promotion.

I've gone to the storage unit a couple of times and no one is every there the doors are locked I've called left messages and no one returns my calls I moved in 2 months ago there was a person there then, they were running a special at the time and now I have to pay them! I don't have checks and they have no website to pay your storage fees with a credit card! Im very disappointed ready to remove my things and go elsewhere!Г°Еёв„ўВЃ

Hi Mrs. Russell I'm sorry that you had this issue with our company and we gladly took note of this issue but i look back and i don't have any notes of any calls and no one else had this problem but you which is interesting I was in the office everyday 1st-5th 8am-5pm when your payment was due and you where never late so something don't add up if you could never contact us we told you that you could come in, call over the phone or use the drop box for your payment thank you for your review but i don't think we can fix something that not broken :)

Can never get anyone to answer phone
We have been trying to get a hold of someone all day bon Monday. Made a reservation nobody was there. Been up and calling every 30 minutes since 7am. Made another reservation again nobody answered phones or in office all day. Even left messages.

Hi Mrs. Chantelle, I'm sorry that you had this experience we were closed for the holidays, but you said you left us multiple messages, I check our voice mail every morning when we are open, but I didn't have a miss call from you unless you where the static calls, I had 3 static messages anyways I wish we could of gave you a better experience.
