Poor Outside Management Service (Not property managers)
Lets just say, never been late, never a complainer till now....I have had my rent increase for what? The property managers tell me like a recording that I have to come up to what the current rates are today, which as I have continuously told them that this is now what I want to hear, is there another reason why...and it is not fair that I have to pay the price today verses what I paid for a few years back. This is not fair, people that come to get storage today should pay todays prices but why make tenants that have had storage for years have to pay todays prices? That is absurb and not an answer. The property managers tell me to email them and they will forward to Management and I have and I have yet to hear from anyone...which is why I am writing this complaint. I have emailed them almost every month and have not heard anything yet!, I guess they cannot think of any other reason to tell me other than "We have to bring you up to todays prices"...a recording...So when you go to the storage facility and they give you a good deal, ask them about the increases and why and see what they tell you...I would like to know about anyone out there that is in same situation...I live in Brea and would like to hear from anyone else.

Hi Lisa, we can not locate you in our system, otherwise we would have called you. Over the course of the past few years the country faced some hard economic times. During these times our costs to operate continued to increase. As a company we tried to be understanding of the hardships some of our customers were facing. Not only did we try to work out payment plans with our customers, we either did not send increases or limited them to a small amount. We are glad to see that the economy is getting back on track and people are getting back on their feet. Unfortunately the costs to operate a professionally run facility have continued to increase, yet we continue to help out our customers whenever possible. Always feel free to reach out to the resident managers.
