Mara is an absolute pleasure to speak with! She helped set me up, advised me on the app which was such ease of use. Moving into the storage unit was so easy, the lock they provide is not difficult to use but sturdy. I am very happy with the customer service, price and quality of the unit. I am most appreciative that it is climate controlled so I know my belongings won’t be damaged by change of weather

Everything was fine until they upped their rate $60 a month out of nowhere all while I had A broken storage door from the fire department that I could Barely open or close.. for what I was Given it was not worth $187 a month.. other than that, the staff itself was great.
