Extra Space Storage - 6445 - Baltimore - S Paca St

I’ve had a great experience with the Extra Space Storage facility on Paca Street in Baltimore. The staff is fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful—they resolved an issue with my unit quickly and efficiently. Everyone is always kind and takes the time to answer questions. I’ve personally worked with Adrienne (forgive me if I’m misspelling her name) and Craig, and both were extremely professional, helpful, and solution-oriented. They made everything easy and stress-free. I chose this location because a close friend of mine used this facility while she moved abroad for two years and had a great experience. Based on her recommendation, I decided to use it as well—and I’m very glad I did. The facility is easy to access, has convenient parking, a dumpster on-site, and is always very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location.

Dishonest pricing. They have the ability to change your rates regardless of what you initially agreed to pay. They say it’s based on demand. However, I’m being heavily overcharged even based on much larger units. Also be aware that they offer deals for 5 star reviews.

Everyone here has been so kind and helpful! For no cost they helped me when I was locked out of my unit and they have assisted me with lowering rent increases successfully! Very grateful to the management team and all employees!

I live all the way in Parkville and I travel all the way to the city to come here I love this place. Always welcoming and most importantly no mice!!!! The ladies here are always pleasant and helpful.
